Techno Title provides quick turnarounds on all your searches in every courthouse in New Jersey. Techno Title sends all commitments via email or overnight delivery to our clients and to the seller's attorney, review attorney and lender upon request. We provide “PDF” copies of all title commitments and policies for your digital records.

Our office provides you with a wide variety of real estate forms that can be downloaded. Just let us know what form(s) you need.

If your order requires a survey, we have prominent surveyors where and when you need them. We can provide flood searches and mortgage payoff letters upon request. We can provide and process your Notice(s) of Settlement.

Our counsel, Michael Cannataro, Esq., is a seasoned title professional, he keeps our clients and our staff up to date on all matters affecting real estate transactions and is responsive to our client's needs. His primary task is to oversee all our title insurance applications and challenges.
